Our Slow-Cooked BBQ Origins
It all started with a love for tried and true barbecue and a passion for regionally inspired meats. That in turn kick-started something special at Legacy Ventures Restaurants—a search for the greatest barbecue in the country.
LVR and its culinary team traveled the country for the best barbecue in the business, doing their fair share of research and figuring out how to bring all of their favorite barbecue flavors from Texas, North and South Carolina, Kansas City and Memphis together in one spot—all while adding a Georgia flare.
Thus Twin Smokers BBQ was born, promising a delicious good time for lovers of smoked meats, fresh sides, craft beer and strong cocktails to match. Our focus is on high-quality, slow-cooked barbecue and our goal to share our favorites with Atlanta.
We feature regionally inspired BBQ. Our beef is smoked over Texas Mesquite and Post Oak. Our chicken and pork are smoked over Hickory and White Oak. This unique “Twin Smoker” approach, our “Wood Library”, our locally sources products and our dedicated team make the difference. We don’t compromise and we don’t mass produce. The BBQ we are serving today was smoked while you were sleeping! We may run out but don’t worry, we’ll have more tomorrow.
